Course Objectives

  • Implementation of computer programming and algorithmic problem-solving content using applications on an interactive floor controlled by light pens and using tablets or other digital devices;
  • Implementation of concurrent (parallel) programming content, controlling two heroes with constructed algorithms;
  • Supporting student activity that develops skills in using evolving cognitive mental processes, such as logical, analytical, and algorithmic thinking;
  • Stimulating strategic thinking skills - planning and predicting, cause-and-effect thinking;
  • Developing spatial orientation in students;
  • Creating teaching conditions that allow learning through experimentation;
  • Supporting students' visual-motor coordination during organized safe activities;
  • Creating teaching conditions conducive to cooperation, competition, and developing students' social communication skills.
