Advanced > Camera Filters
Motioncube provides a built‑in Camera Filters panel for fine‑tuning image parameters such as Brightness, Exposure, Gain, and more. When supported by your camera, you can also enable automatic control (e.g., auto exposure or auto gain). However, for production deployments we recommend using fixed, manually selected values—automatic adjustments can change during operation and negatively affect motion‑detection stability.
The Filters panel lets you adjust parameters per Motioncube interaction mode (as shown in the screenshots below). Optimal values can vary by camera model and installation conditions. If you’d like assistance selecting a camera or tuning these settings for your use case, please contact us and include your camera model in the message.
Configuration
Go to Menu > Settings > Advanced. Turn on Service mode and select the Frame Source Settings tile.
Click Change camera filters button.

Tune the parameters to achieve the best performance of interactive modules (e.g., motion detection).

Essential Required
These features are essential for the proper functioning of the website and cannot be disabled.
Anonymous Analytics Required
Required for collecting aggregated statistics that help us understand how users interact with our site. Data is fully anonymous, contains no personal information, and we do not use cookies.
Extended Analytics
Allows analyzing traffic sources (where you came from), marketing campaign parameters (UTM), and navigation paths across subdomains. We use a cookie (7 days) to preserve this data.
External Media
Allows loading content from external services like YouTube or Vimeo.
