Diagnostics instruction
If the specified cameras don’t work in Motioncube, please test them with the manufacturer’s official software following the instructions below.
- Visit the Intel RealSense SDK 2.0 releases page on GitHub and download the latest version of Intel RealSense Viewer for your operating system (check the Assets section for the installer).
- After downloading, install the software and launch the RealSense Viewer.
- Connect your Intel RealSense camera directly to your computer using a USB 3.0 port (avoid using an extension cable for initial testing).
- Open the
RealSense Viewerand ensure the live streams (RGB, depth, or both) are visible. - If you cannot see the streams, ensure that the proper drivers are installed. Drivers are included in the Intel RealSense SDK installation package or can be downloaded from the Intel RealSense website.
- Once the camera is working properly, test it again with an extension cable (if you plan to use one) to ensure it maintains functionality.
