Media Library Terms of Use

  1. The administrator of your data is LavaVision, Licensor - Rafał Petryniak running a business under the name LavaVision Rafał Petryniak entered into the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity of the Republic of Poland kept by the minister competent for the economy, place of business and address for service: ul. Stanisława Skarżyńskiego 5/14, 31-866 Kraków, NIP: 6751317019, REGON: 122588869.
  2. Media Library - a space for multimedia data, made available on the www.motioncube.io platform for authorized Motioncube users.
  3. Media data - in short, data, are graphics, sound and video files intended for use in Motioncube templates and applications.
  4. The Media Library is solely for data used by users in Motioncube templates and Motioncube applications.
  5. Storing illegal and copyrighted data in the Media Library is forbidden.
  6. The administrator has the right to inspect and verify the data stored in the Media Library by users without prior notice. This does not relieve the user of responsibility for the legality of the stored data.
  7. The Media Library is used only for the temporary storage of multimedia data. The Administrator does not guarantee the durability of the data stored in the Multimedia Library.
  8. The Administrator is not responsible for the use of the Multimedia Library in a manner inconsistent with the above conditions.
