Problem with a camera or image
If you do not see your device on the device list or despite the device being visible on the list, the image preview does not appear, this may indicate one of 2 problems:
Device drivers or additional, mandatory Runtime are not installed.
Your cables are insufficient.
Solution:
Install drivers and additional runtime (if required).
Check the cables and whether your device is visible in the Device Manager.
Check whether you can see the image in a viewer type program provided by the device manufacturer.
If you can see the image in a external software and not see in Motioncube please contact us. Our engineers will help diagnose this situation.
